예전에 진에어에서 항공편 스케쥴이 30분정도 지연된 적은 있었지만 이처럼 갑자기 해당 항공편을 취소시켜서 예약을 변경하고 심지어 밤 9시 비행기를 오전 8시 비행기로 바꿔놓은 적은 처음이었습니다. 만약에 일요일에 오전 비행기를 타게 되면 하루는 고스란히 날라가게 되는 것이지요. 저는 홍콩익스프레스의 홍콩 고객센터에 국제전화를 하였습니다.

(82) 007-988-523-8014 Mon - Sun:09:00 - 18:00 (Local Time)팁을 드리자면 영어가 가능하시면 영문 상담사로 연결하시는게 좋습니다. 저가항공 콜센터의 한국어 상담은 기본 10분이상 대기시간을 자랑합니다. 영어 상담사로 연결하면 대부분 대기없이 바로 콜센터로 연결할 수 있습니다. 국내 저가항공사의 경우도 이방법으로 예약을 변경하시면 대기시간 없이 상담사와 통화가 가능합니다. 홍콩익스프레스의 경우 영어상담의 경우 연중무휴 24시간 상담이 가능하기도 합니다.
통화전에 미리 예약번호와 바꾸고 싶은 시간대의 편명, 날짜 등을 확인하시면 편합니다.
그렇게 5분여간 통화한 후, 당일 17시 10분 UO626 편으로 추가비용 없이 예약변경에 성공하였습니다. 이메일로도 다시 예약확인이 옵니다.

위와같이 변경하였습니다.
유독 홍콩익스프레스가 이처럼 일방적인 예약변경이 많은 것 같습니다. 외국에서 학교를 다니면서 일년에도 몇번씩 국제선 항공편을 이용하면서 여러 항공사를 타보았지만 이런 경우는 처음이었습니다. 만약에 위와같이 에약변경 통보 이메일을 받으셨다면 콜센터에 전화하셔서 해결하시면 될것 같습니다.
